POSITION SUMMARY

This position is responsible for preparing the assigned food items according to established policies and procedures. This position has exposure to extremes in noise and temperature, cleaning chemicals and equipment as normally related to food service production areas. Majority of time is spent standing and or walking (up to 80% of work time). Frequent lifting and carrying of up to 50 lbs. (up to 30 % of work time) and pushing/pulling up to 100 lb. ( up to 30 % of work time) is required.

LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS REQUIRED N/A

DESCRIBE THE SPECIFIC EDUCATIONAL AND SKILL COMPETENCIES REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION

Knowledge of dietary practices and techniques at a level normally acquired through one year of food service experience. Good communication skills, as usually associated with successful completion of high school studies.

 Additional Information

Weekend and/or Holiday Rotation may be required.
Rotating Shifts may be required.
