LPN - Hidden Springs(PRN Days as needed)

POSITION SUMMARY (include other positions that report to this position)

This position is responsible for providing direct patient care to clinic patrons. This position works independently and has exposure to communicable disease and body fluids. This position spends the majority of time standing (up to 60% of work time) with frequent walking of short distances (up to 20% of work times.)

LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS REQUIRED: AR LPN License, CPR

DESCRIBE THE SPECIFIC EDUCATIONAL AND SKILL COMPETENCIES REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITIONThe ability to operate standard nursing practices, as usually demonstrated by completion of a licensed practical nurse program and obtainment of AR licensure. This position must have effective communication skills with patients, co-workers, supervisor and physicians. This person must have good problem solving skills and utilize professional knowledge in this process. This position must be able to prioritize clinic/patients needs and assist in other areas as requested.
